Delorme is known for being one of Burgundy’s leading cremant producers. André Delorme, its founder, has contributed enormously to the development of this AOC.

Made from a blend of different grape varieties where Pinot Noir is the majority, this cremant is adorned with a bright dress of a slightly salmon pink.
The nose opens with fruity aromas of raspberry and currants joined by gourmet notes of brioche and frangipane.
Its little bubbles announce a tender mouth raised with a beautiful liveliness. The balance between finesse and vinosity is very subtle.
