This Dean of the Burgundian Clos has existed as such since the year 640, when the Duke of Burgundy donated it to the Abbey of Bèze. Neighbouring the Chambertin and classified at least at the same level, this climate gives a magnificent wine, a true masterpiece of power and race. The colour of this Pinot is very deep. The nose, a true olfactory poetry, releases aromas of fresh fruit dominated by blackcurrant and raspberry mixed with notes of cocoa and liquorice.
