This small family estate is located in Hautes Côtes de Nuits, in the hamlet of Corboin between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée. Since its establishment, Manuel Olivier’s vineyard has been led by rational control that limits inputs and promotes grassing between the rows for a better development of soil microorganisms.

The nose is concentrated and complex. The palate fresh and racy, develops intense aromas of very ripe black fruits. Worthy representative of its terroir and its vintage, this Premier Cru partly vinified in entire bunches, possesses a beautiful tannin structure, but it will surprise you with its elegance and balance.
