This cuvée whose vines were bequeathed by Bernard Gauvain, one of the most generous donors of the Hospices has become one of the great prides of the Domain. Very beautiful dress of a bright and intense ruby red. The aromatic palette is remarkable supported by aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices, violet and dark chocolate. The mouth, carried by tannins present but silky, is meant to be sweet and velvety. This wine develops exceptional depth and complexity. The finish is racy and very persistent.
