Despite a complicated year, Christophe Buisson was able to produce a very nice wine. With a pale gold color with green reflections, this Saint-Romain releases a bouquet already very expressive where a subtle scent of white flowers such as honeysuckle and linden mingle with juicy aromas of pear and white peach with some woody notes. Fresh and mineral on the palate with a finely tart and saline frame and a good length.
This slightly incisive wine will flourish in the next 4 to 5 years.
Although perfectly at home as an aperitif, its favorite playground remains grilled fish and seafood.
