This climate located in the late sector of the appellation, gives a racy wine with a slightly golden and bright color. The nose is complex and of great power combining white flowers, citrus fruits and honey to a beautiful mineral frame. The palate is deep, very generous but endowed with a beautiful tension. The saline finish is remarkably persistent.
Already presenting a beautiful depth, you can carafer it to amplify its aromatic expression. But with a few years of patience, this wine will be even better.
Braised sweetbreads or a casserole of scallops with a leek fondue will perfectly accompany this great wine.
