The Cyrot-Chaudron couple offered their vineyards to the Hospices de Beaune in 1979. A nice donation of several plots of old vines producing small harvests, which have been perfectly maintained. This cuvée consists of more than half of Premiers Crus, including Les Charmots, Les Bertins and Les Rugiens bas.
Shining red colour. Intense nose of black berries with hints of mild spices. A rather fresh and structured mouth follows, with a fine density. Beautiful potential.
