Located in the heart of the hillside, this climate “Les Grèves” is the largest of the first growths of Beaune and it is on this place called “Les Trois Journaux” that the Château de Meursault harvests the most beautiful grapes of the plot. The result is a beautiful nectar with a bright and deep ruby color. The elegant and very expressive nose offers us aerial aromas of pomegranate, black fruit and sour cherry with some floral fragances. In the mouth, a lot of volume and intensity with a balanced and persistent finish. Soft and coated tannins give it a good ability to age by evolving on wilder notes.
Its structure and its beautiful balance will allow it to be kept twenty years in magnum in a good cellar.
This wine will go perfectly with a veal paleron with onion juice.
