Intense ruby color, with excellent limpidity. Fresh aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant with a floral touch. Round, balanced and delicate on the palate. The tannins are already very supple, and the finish is long and fruity.
A wine for immediate pleasure, but with a good concentration that will enable it to be kept for 6 to 8 years.
Its fleshy mouthfeel will round out the spices of a tajine, but it also pairs well with traditional roast chicken or the mild flavor of a cheese like Cîteaux.
