This wine is adorned with a dress of a sustained ruby. The suave nose suggests aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, cherry with a floral touch and a hint of liquorice. When mature, it will develop certain nuances of leather, mushroom or spices. On the palate, the attack is frank with a nice balance and a good acid frame. The tannins are well integrated with a finish on the fruit.
This wine is structured enough to be kept 6 to 8 years longer.
At the table it will perfectly accompany a traditional osso-buco while remaining faithful to the good cheeses of the region.
