The colour is a light golden punctuated by green reflections. The predominantly floral nose also reveals aromas of warm croissant and candied lemon, evolving over the years towards nuances of toasted hazelnuts and sweet spices. On the palate, a fresh and generous substance with a rather saline finish.
Although already very pleasant, this lovely wine can be kept for 4 to 5 more years.
Ideal as an aperitif, it will also accompany various fish and seafood.
