This blended malt scoth whisky, born from the passion of a Burgundian winemaker for Scottish whiskies, is aged 12 years in Bourbon and Corton casks.
It features a beautiful amber dress. On the nose, aromas of barley, mirabelle plum and pear evolving on cocoa and vanilla notes. The palate is soft and fat with a touch of citrus and ginger. The finish is long and suave with a beautiful complexity given by the aging in Corton barrels.
To taste, after a good meal, a winter evening in front of the fireplace.
