Produced in one of Chablis’ most renowned Premier Cru climates, this wine is a great success, reflecting the quality and quantity of the 2022 vintage. Its pale gold color with green highlights is limpid. The very subtle nose is predominantly composed of white flowers, apricot and citrus fruit. The palate is ample and fresh, with good tension and fruit flavors sublimated by a saline touch on the finish.
Already very pleasant to drink, this mineral wine can be kept for another 5 or 6 years.
A pleasurable wine to enjoy on any occasion, with a slight preference for fish and seafood.
