This family estate offers us a wine that honors its terroir. Its light yellow color is punctuated by pale green highlights. On the nose, mineral and lemon notes over a framework of juicy yellow and white fruits. On the palate, it expresses itself with finesse and purity, revealing a lovely freshness with lightly toasted accents. The finish is long and gently spicy.
Perfect for drinking now, but can be kept for another 2-3 years.
Excellent as an aperitif with a few Comté gougères or on a vol-au-vent.
