Planted on relatively sandy soil, this climate produces a wine with a brilliant crimson color. The nose is dominated by pure aromas of ripe blueberry and black cherry, and an apparent structure into which animal, spicy and vegetal nuances will creep with age. The palate is full-bodied, combining elegance and finesse with silky tannins.
This charming wine has enough structure to be cellared for another eight years.
Succulent at its peak, it’s a perfect match for roast guinea fowl.
