From a plot located in the middle of the hillside, facing south with vines planted in 1974, this wine offers us a beautiful color of a bright ruby. The nose of great freshness releases aromas of blackberry, cherry with a note of peony and a slight woody. Round wine on the palate with a seductive texture, silky tannins and a nice finish on the fruit liqueur.
Wine of a very nice balance that can be kept 6 to 7 years more.
It is the perfect bottle to open on Sunday with the family on a good roast chicken, Bresse of course accompanied by sautéed potatoes.
