Coming from a plot adjoining the Beaune Premiers Crus, on the edge of Pommard, this wine reveals a nose marked by floral notes and white fleshed fruit. The supple and suave palate expresses itself in finesse. The delicately woody finish is long and perfectly balanced.
Even if its current freshness already gives us a lot of pleasure, it can be kept 4 to 5 years longer.
Perfect as an aperitif, it will also go well with a mushroom croustade or a sole meunière.
