At the helm of the family domaine since the 2000s, Chantal Tortochot is carrying the family legacy forward, opting for organic conversion in 2013. With 0.57 ha of this prestigious appellation, she produces a complex, opulent wine. Admirably deep in color, it reveals a bouquet of incredible complexity, where aromas of red and black fruits blend harmoniously with notes of licorice, sweet spices, fresh tobacco and chocolate. Concentrated and racy on the palate, it presents a perfect balance between acidity, softness and tannins. The finish is long, with ripe fruit and spice.

Tasting:

This little jewel will delight lovers of great Pinot Noir and is an excellent wine for laying down. Don’t hesitate to decant it for a few hours if you want to drink it young. For the more patient, it can be cellared for a further ten years or so.
