Since joining forces with his uncle Roland, former manager and oenologist of the Hospices de Beaune estate, Fabrice Masse has continued to develop his wine business while respecting family know-how. This 2022 vintage is a great success. A wine with a discreet golden color whose subtle nose is rich in delicate notes of citrus, green apple, lemongrass, enhanced with a hint of vanilla. The palate is full, the acidity moderate and the finish long and mineral.
This young and dashing wine will delight you immediately but its beautiful balance allows it to keep for 6 to 7 years more.
Although excellent on traditional dishes, do not hesitate to travel by serving it on a couscous or chicken tagine.
