Made from Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is distinguished from rosés from Provence and elsewhere by its distinctive character. With its bright salmon-pink color, it opens with aromas of peach, redcurrant, candied strawberry and rose petal. On the palate, a lovely roundness and finesse on a refreshing acid backdrop. The finish is long and fruity.
A wine to be drunk within its first 3 or 4 years.
Indissociable from summer and light cuisine, it’s the perfect accompaniment to marinated and grilled red tuna, salmon carpaccio and fine mixed salads.
