Its pale-yellow color with golden highlights is brilliant and limpid. The expressive nose develops scents of white flowers, vanilla, white fruit and citrus, enhanced by a touch of wood. Full-bodied yet delicate on the palate, with a good balance between fatness and acidity. A long-lasting wine with a saline finish.
Keep for 6-8 years in a good cellar.
It goes equally well with a mushroom croustade or a good old-fashioned veal blanquette.
