Order your wines in just a few clicks, and they’ll be delivered to your home or to the address of your choice.
Shipping is free on orders of €350 or more* or 18 standard bottles (1 magnum = 2 standard bottles).
*(Mainland France only, excluding Corsica.) Otherwise, a €35 shipping fee applies. Deliveries outside mainland France and to Corsica are subject to an additional quote (covering shipping, handling, and insurance, etc.). Shipping costs may be reduced or waived for orders below a certain threshold during promotional periods.
Delivery times are approximately 1 week for mainland France and are calculated from the date we receive payment and the shipping address.
The carrier will schedule a pickup by phone or email. The quality of our carriers’ packaging and service ensures that your wines are transported safely.

International Shipping of Your Wines
We entrust our shipments to Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) — World Wine Delivery, a company that has specialized in wine shipping for 10 years. They offer pickup in temperature-controlled vehicles, certified packaging, end-to-end tracking, and customs clearance services.

When you visit the website, the prices listed include 20% French tax. For deliveries outside of France, we deduct these taxes and add insurance fees (proportional to the value of the goods) as well as shipping costs, calculated based on your total number of bottles and, if applicable, magnums and jeroboams.

The Journey of Your Wines
- Pickup — Your wines are picked up in Beaune by MBE in a temperature-controlled vehicle.
- Packaging — repackaging in ISTA 3A and 7D-certified packaging manufactured in France: cardboard trays for France and the European Union, and polystyrene trays for the United States and Asia.
- Storage — over 1,000 m² of temperature-controlled space, at no additional cost, until shipment.
- Tracking — You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
- Shipping — Packages are entrusted to the carrier best suited to the destination: UPS, FedEx, TNT, or GLS.
Shipping Insurance
The insurance covers breakage, loss, and damage specific to wine, such as spills during transit.

In case of breakage or loss, please inspect your wines immediately upon delivery and contact us by email with photos. Damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery: please include photos of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging, the packing materials, the shipping label with the tracking number, and the bottles received. After this period, no refund can be issued. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Winter and Summer Deliveries
Can we have deliveries year-round?
Yes—but wine does not travel well at temperatures above 25 °C or below 0 °C. When temperatures are unfavorable in France or in the destination country, our carrier follows a special procedure and reserves the right to store your order in its temperature-controlled warehouse until delivery conditions are optimal.
Shipping and Taxes
Shipping and insurance fees are charged by Marché aux Vins when you pay for your order. Shipping costs include order verification, packaging, documentation, and export formalities, as well as international transportation and door-to-door delivery. Any additional charges upon arrival will depend on your destination.
No paperwork, no additional fees. The prices listed include tax. A surcharge of €9.60 (including tax) per shipment applies to deliveries to Corsica.
There are no customs fees to pay upon delivery. The prices shown include tax and cover pickup, packaging, storage, and shipping.
These destinations benefit from an excise management service provided by our European partner: customs and tax formalities related to the movement of wine are handled from start to finish, without any action required on your part.
You won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery, as the 15% wine tax has already been paid before shipment.
- Customs clearance is handled by our partner importer: federal and state taxes are paid upon entry into the United States.
- Three temperature-controlled warehouses at the importer’s facility, located throughout the country, to preserve the quality of the wines prior to final delivery.
- Final delivery by UPS or FedEx throughout the country, except for Mississippi (MS) and Utah (UT), where delivery is not available.
- Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Puerto Rico (PR), the Virgin Islands (VI), Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI) are in Zone 2: a surcharge of €7.00 per bottle applies.
You are responsible for paying import fees, duties, and taxes when clearing customs. We cannot provide the exact amount, but here is an estimate for your country:

The excise tax rate depends on the alcohol content of the shipped goods. These estimates do not include import formalities. We are not liable if the invoiced amount differs, if there are additional charges, or if local laws change. The delivery time is extended if the value of the wine exceeds €6,000.
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our shipping terms and agree to pay the amount required by customs in the destination country prior to delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on 0.75 cl bottle increments. Larger sizes are first converted to bottle equivalents, then added to your total to determine the applicable increment.

2026 Rates, effective from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. These rates include pickup, packaging, storage, shipping, and handling of administrative formalities. Delivery times are expressed in business days and begin on the date the shipping charges are paid.
