Froggy Blended Scotch Whisky, Mac Malden

This blended scotch whisky aged in bourbon cask.

Tasting :
Slightly amber color. The nose, very concentrated, releases fruity aromas of juicy apple embellished with notes of toasted cereals and a touch of creamy caramel. . The palate is fine, gourmet and spicy with subtle iodine notes. The saline finish is moderately long but very soft.

Pairings :
Added with a dash of sparkling water, it will refresh you as an aperitif but it can be very surprising with a Saint-Nectaire or a Corsican sheep’s tomme.
