Magnum Gevrey-Chambertin Old Vines 2018, Château de Marsannay

Wine very greedy in the mouth with aromas of healthy, fragrant and spicy fruit. Its tannic structure is firm and very dense.

Tasting :
This “Old Vines” needs at least 4 to 7 years in the cellar before finding its voice in magnum.
Those who will wait another 12 to 15 years, will understand why this format is the best for wine ageing.

Pairings :
A Charolais steak may be perfect for it.
