Pouilly-Fuissé Eclat d’Ammonite 2021, Domaine Nadine Ferrand

This estate with an area of 11.5 ha, certified high environmental value level 3 is located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. More than a family affair, this field is above all a women’s hit. For several years, Nadine Ferrand and her daughter Marine have shown us that wine is divinely feminine in harmony. Occupying small steep cirques facing East / South between 250 and 300 m altitude, this plot gives us a wine of incredible freshness with a pale yellow color with golden reflections. The nose releases scents of honeysuckle, acacia and linden mixed with fruity notes of peach, citrus and fresh hazelnut. The tangy mouth is endowed with a beautiful balance and a finish on minerality.

Tasting :
Excellent aging, this wine can nevertheless be consumed now but it is in 3 to 5 years that it will reach its peak.

Pairings :
Although it is self-sufficient, this wine will perfectly accompany a river fish, a croustade with crayfish and the good cheeses that the Mâconnais abounds.
