It makes us melt with pleasure!
Félix Baudot born in 1796 was a great collector of various objects including many manuscripts. His collection was sold at auction in Beaune in 1882 and the proceeds of the sale were donated to the Hospices. This cuvée comes from old vines coming in equal part from Genevrières above and Genevrières below. Adorned with a brilliant colour of a beautiful golden yellow, this superb climate of Meursault offers a bouquet of great complexity dominated by notes of juicy pear, dried fruit and brioche punctuated by a floral touch. The mouth is ample and powerful. Its greatest quality is its balance because despite its richness and heady alcohol, the tasting ends with a predominant impression of elegance and nervousness, purity and race.
Tasting :
This nectar, which is already very accessible, can continue to improve for about ten years.
Pairings :
This great Meursault allows countless culinary associations so, let your gustatory imagination run wild!
