Wine very greedy in the mouth with aromas of healthy, fragrant and spicy fruit. Its tannic structure is firm and very dense.
Tasting :
This “Old Vines” needs at least 4 to 7 years in the cellar before finding its voice in magnum.
Those who will wait another 12 to 15 years, will understand why this format is the best for wine ageing.
