Chablis 2022, Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre

The Chablis of the Domaine Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre come from plots located in the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis, in the heart of the Chablis vineyard. On plateaus or steep slopes, all these Chablis grow on stony soils that allow a moderate production.
Pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant, adorned with green reflections. The first nose evokes smells reminiscent of iodized spray then after aeration, it evolves towards more richness embodied by notes of brioche, fresh butter, green apple and citrus fruits. The appetizer is ample and fresh with a beautiful mineral tension characteristic of the Chablis terroir. The finish is rather saline.

Tasting :
This frank and mineral wine can be consumed now on freshness but it will evolve slowly in the next 3 years.

Pairings :
It will delight your taste buds served on a pike dumpling with nantua sauce or a salmon carpaccio.
