Crunchy and greedy at will!

Luminous color of a deep ruby. The nose exudes a string of fruity aromas ranging from sour cherry to strawberry through blackcurrant and blueberry leaving only a very small place for licorice and woody that is very discreet. The palate is ample, balanced with well-integrated tannins. The finish is fresh with a lot of gluttony.

Wine to drink now and over the next 5 to 6 years.

Pairings

This fleshy wine will go perfectly with a candied lamb mouse but will not hesitate to be pampered with more exotic dishes.
