A tonic wine with a delicate minerality
Attracted by a pale yellow colour punctuated by green highlights, we let ourselves be seduced by its sweet aromas of honeysuckle, lemon blossom and shades of white fruit and citrus.
In the mouth, the mineral notes give it character and a beautiful energy and fresh almond awakens the taste buds. The finish is frank with a nice acidity.
We appreciate it mainly for its freshness, but with 3 or 4 more years, it will gain in roundness and scents of honey and cinnamon will complete its aromatic palette.
You can first enjoy it as an aperitif, and it will always respond to the iodized call of a seafood platter or grilled fish.
Versatile, it will also delight in the company of richer dishes such as mouthfuls to the queen.
