Nuits-St-Georges 2015, Domaine Faiveley
A nice wine typical of the vintage
This emblematic domain of Nuits-Saint-Georges is managed by the same family for 7 generations.
With a beautiful purple colour, this silky, fresh and energetic wine exudes intense aromas of morello cherry, spicy notes and toast.
On the palate, you will appreciate its delicately woody side. The attack is supple and the tannic structure is well balanced.
The finish is long, very aromatic and still based on this red fruit texture.
You can enjoy it right now, as it is still greedy but it will be able to flourish in the cellar during the next 4 to 5 years.
It will make perfect served on a rib of veal with ceps accompanied by a gratin of potatoes at Cîteaux.
