Both trained oenologists, the F\u00e8vre couple have been making authentic, generous wines since 2004. This 2022 vintage is a perfect example. The color is a brilliant pale gold. The nose opens with notes of flint, white flowers and honey, followed after a short aeration by greedier aromas of white fruit, brioche and fresh butter. The palate is fresh and ample, with fine balance and perfect acidity. The long finish is subtly iodized.<\/p>\n
