This wine is adorned with a purple and shiny color. Its nose of great complexity, releases aromas of red and black fruits ranging from blueberry to gooseberry through raspberry and blackberry; joined by notes of roasted coffee and black pepper. On the palate, all the typicity of The Pommard with a beautiful material, a very good balance and round and melted tannins.
Powerful and structured, it can be kept for about ten years.
It is the friend of meat in general and regional cheeses. When autumn arrives, do not hesitate to serve it on a pheasant with cream or a veal rib with porcini mushrooms.
