Planted on a moderately sloping terrain, once covered with wild plum trees, this vine gives rise to a wine whose intense and luminous ruby color gives way to an elegant and complex nose dominated by black fruits with some notes of spices, mocha and undergrowth. Ample and round wine on the palate with a deep but sweet flesh built on racy tannins. The finish is long and fruity.
This wine of guard which has already gained a lot in roundness, can nevertheless be forgotten 5 years to 6 years more in a good cellar.
This wine of character can stand up to red meats in sauce, game and the majority of cheeses.
