This light-gold Chardonnay opens with a fine but very expressive nose of floral notes of hawthorn and honeysuckle, boosted by tangy aromas of green apple and lemon. The attack on the palate is frank and refreshing, giving way to a lovely roundness and a very fruity finish.
This pleasure wine has enough balance to be kept for another 3 to 4 years.
A perfect accompaniment to a good aperitif, it can also be served with a fish terrine or a quiche lorraine.
