This pretty plot that stands majestically in front of the Château de Meursault, although classified as a regional appellation, produces a wine of a quality worthy of a Meursault and is the pride of its producer. With historically early harvests, the 2020 vintage gives us a gourmet juice of great freshness. With a beautiful bright and clear pale gold colour, this wine is expressed in a bouquet mixing citrus, flowers and white fruits with notes of melted butter, brioche and roasted hazelnuts. The palate is round and silky combining saline vivacity, fruit and a slightly tart finish.
If it is already excellent, you can still keep it for 5 to 6 more years.
Irresistible as an aperitif, it will also perfectly accompany a puff pastry of scallops with asparagus or some sushi.
