Its garnet colour offers a nice nose of cherry coulis, blackcurrant and smoky notes. On the palate, this wine has a good balance. It is straight with a nice tension. The tannins are ripe, soft and silky. The finish is long on fruit and toasted.
From 8 to 10 years maximum
The juicy side of a roast beef will go very well with the fruitiness of this wine.
