This cuvée, composed mainly of Champans and Taillepieds, produces structured and elegant wines. Bright dress of a deep ruby. Powerful nose dominated by red fruits, wild berries, cherry evolving on notes of liquorice and roasting. Finesse, breadth and length in the mouth with an extra of generosity and power.

This wine deserves 10 to 12 years of ageing in the freshness of the cellar to reveal itself fully.

Pairings :
A pigeon roasted with ceps or a rack of lamb from Quercy will be good companions for this great wine.
