Santenay Premier Cru Beaurepaire blanc 2017, Domaine Mestre Père et Fils

This wine of high expression comes from a plot above the village of Santenay. The ancients say that once lovers would have taken advantage of the many hiding places offered by this secluded place to make an appointment, hence the name of Beaurepaire. The dress is golden, elegant.
The nose is complex with aromas of citrus and white fruits with toasted notes.
The mouth is dense, fresh and moderately fleshy. Citrus fruits accompanied by peach compote and spices in a generous palate. Beautiful and long finish carried by the minerality.

Tasting :
At full maturity you can keep it for another 3 or 4 years.

Perfect as an aperitif with salmon rillettes for example, It will perfectly accompany seafood, fish fillets and other white meats.
