This family estate of around fifteen hectares produces lovely wines at a very good quality/price ratio. This Premier Cru Les Champlots is a fine example. Its color is a brilliant but shallow ruby. At the opening, floral notes followed very quickly by aromas of red stone fruits. The palate is fine and crunchy with very present tannins. The finish is on minerality.

Tasting:

Although already accessible, this wine deserves to be kept a few more years to soften and gain complexity.

Pairings:

It will go perfectly with Sunday roast chicken with the family.
