Rully Clos de Vésignot 2020, Domaine de l’Ecette

The Vineyard of Rully located about ten kilometers west of Chalon-Sur-Saône on the limestone foothills of the granite massif of Mont Saint Vincent, produces red wines with finesse very close to some appellations of the Côte de Beaune. This flattering wine with a bright ruby color opens on a generous nose with aromas of cherry and blackcurrant enhanced by a licorice touch and fine smoky notes. The palate is tender and fresh with a beautiful finesse of tannins. Balanced and gourmet with a finish on cocoa.

Tasting :
Wine that we appreciate young on the delicacy of the fruit but which can be kept 5 to 6 years more.

Pairings :
Perfect on a simple and improvised meal. A good potato omelet with a cold cuts dish and some cheese. Conviviality in short!
