Puligny-Montrachet, Cuvée de Maizière 2020, vigne de l’Hospital de Dijon – Château de Marsannay

Coming from the terroir of predilection of some of the best Chardonnay in the world, this Puligny sports a pale gold color with bright green reflections. The aerial nose opens on citrus scents characteristic of the great wines of this village. It is perfumed by aromas of mango, fresh honey, vanilla, enhanced by a floral touch. On the palate, fruity notes with a harmonious and subtle woodiness. Ageing in oak barrels gives it a few touches of almonds and roasted hazelnuts and gives it a wide and generous structure. The very pure finish is supple and mineral.

Pairings :
Like all great whites, this wine can accompany many dishes. It will be perfect on a Bresse chicken with crayfish.
