A terroir between finesse and rusticity
This first cru of Pommard respects scrupulously the expectations of this superb appellation. We are seduced by the ruby of its color and its aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cherry raised by peppery and slightly roasted notes. The palate is round and structured marked by a long finish where silky tannins and black cherry are intertwined.
Tasting :
It is a wine that by nature requires to be kept to develop its potential. In good conditions, it can wait 10 years before being tasted and thus reveal to lovers advanced aromas of leather and venison.
Pairings :
The power of its aromatic palette will highlight a beautiful Charolais entrecôte as well as cheeses such as Citeaux or Langres. He can also pleasantly finish the meal on a chocolate dessert.
