The expression of a great terroir!

The deep garnet-red, almost impenetrable color heralds a wine with good ageing potential. The nose develops accents of red and black fruit, followed by notes of spice, licorice and black tea. The full palate is dominated by fruit. The tannins are both powerful and soft, offering a fine structure. The finish is long and sapid, with a hint of rusticity.

After ten years in the cellar, it will reveal its remarkable fullness.

In this winter season, it will comfort us served with a good meat in sauce, not forgetting a platter of regional cheeses.
