Structured and dense red wine
The Cyrot-Chaudron couple offered their vineyards to the Hospices de Beaune in 1979. A nice donation of several plots of old vines producing small harvests, which have been perfectly maintained. This cuvée consists of more than half of Premiers Crus, including Les Charmots, Les Bertins and Les Rugiens bas.
Bright red colour. Intense nose of black fruits, hints of sweet spices. Fresh and structured wine on the palate, with a beautiful dense and noble material. Nice potential.
