Nuits St Georges Premier Cru Aux Thorey 2018, Domaine De Montille

The Domaine De Montille has practiced organic viticulture since 1995. Today, their wines are certified by Ecocert. Additionally, since 2005, biodynamic practices have been implemented to show the full respect for living soils.
The «Aux Thorey» appellation, whose origins date back to the 15th century, is located on the hillside that connects Vosne-Romanée to Nuits-Saint-Georges.
It covers an area of just under 5 hectares.

This plot, which produces wines with a robust structure and great potential for ageing, gives this exceptional vintage a red colour with deep garnet nuances. On the palate the aromatic palette is rich and expresses itself on notes of stone fruits, blackberry and liquorice, with a slight floral touch.

Tasting :
It’s a wine already remarkable in his youth, but you can keep it for another 10 to 12 years for more wisdom and complexity.

This Nuits Saint Georges will perfectly accompany red meats or a cheese platter.
