Montagny Premier Cru Les Terroirs 2019, Domaine Fabrice Masse

Located on the hills of the southern part of the Côte Chalonnaise, about thirty kilometers from Beaune, Montagny are wines of a typical freshness of the Chardonnay grape variety. Their quality is linked to the calcareous soil and the very well exposed hillsides.
The color is bright and pale yellow. The wine opens on a floral nose with some lemon and minty notes. The ample palate exudes aromas of exotic fruits, juicy white fruits with a hint of vanilla. The very fresh finish ends with a mineral touch.

Tasting :
We can appreciate it now but it is tense enough to be kept 3 to 4 years longer.

Pairing :
This pretty wine will highlight a tuna tartare, a crayfish croustade or a sheep tome.
