No summer without rosé!
The village of Marsannay can boast of being the only one in Burgundy to have the communal appellation for its rosé. Having appeared in the 1920s, this wine was so successful that it became a specialty of the town. Pinot Noir gives this rosé a real character that distinguishes it from the traditional rosés of Provence. It attracts with its luminous color with beautiful salmon reflections and its very expressive nose of raspberry, juicy white fruit, grapefruit with a floral touch. The palate is slightly nervous, fresh and greedy with a beautiful material. The finish is mineral and fruity.
Tasting :
It can be enjoyed now for its freshness but although aging does not bring it great changes, it can be kept for 2 to 3 years more.
Pairings :
This wine is gladly enchanted with a plate of cold cuts, grilled meats but it also likes, on occasion, the company of a fillet of grilled mullet or a plate of tagliatelle with salmon.
