Marsannay La Plantelle 2020, vigne de l’Hospital de Dijon – Château de Marsannay

This locality enclosed in the climate “Champs Perdrix” is located in the town of Couchey. The Château de Marsannay, which operates a vineyard belonging to the Hospital of Dijon, delivers an extremely seductive wine. Bright and deep, its color is tinged with a pretty garnet. The delicate and complex nose harmoniously combines aromas of currant, plum and black cherry with floral and spicy notes. The fruity and finely woody palate has a fleshy structure with a silky texture and elegant tannins. The persistent finish reveals a subtle salinity.
