Marsannay Grandes Vignes 2018, Château de Marsannay

The color of a beautiful cherry red is deep and bright. Its bouquet is dominated by intense aromas of freshly picked wild cherries, strawberries and blackberries, joined by a few notes of violet and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is silky and is distinguished by a very nice balance between matter, fruit and tannins. The finish is long and mineral.

Tasting :
Very accessible now after a slight aeration, it will seduce you after ten years with its game notes.

Pairings :
This wine has enough character to match many dishes. Try it on a rabbit grating with mustard or grilled pork ribs with sweet spices.
